Big Idea: Trusting God’s Heart Fully Allows Me To Display God’s Character Faithfully
Numbers 20:1-13
3 Steps To Facing Conflict Courageously:
1) Seek God’s face fervently (v. 6)
“The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

2) Trust God’s heart fully (v. 7-8)
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.”

How I Trust God’s Heart:
1) Look to God’s Word
2) Lean on God’s Faithfulness
3) Display God’s character faithfully (v. 9-12)
Ways To Display God’s Character Amidst Conflict:
1) Don’t let the foolishness of man distract me from the greatness of God
2) Focus on Christ not the crowd
3) Take responsibility: My circumstances don’t excuse my actions
4) Don’t let my guard down
5) Exalt Christ not myself
