3 reasons for evangelistic urgency:
1) Because there is no salvation apart from Jesus Christ (9:30-10:4)
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, ’The righteous shall live by faith.'”

Stumbling blocks to placing our faith in Jesus Christ:
1) I have to earn it (9:31-32)
2) I’m good enough (9:32)
3) I’m zealous and passionate enough (10:2-3)
4) I’m seeking self-righteousness (10:3)
2) Because everyone will be saved who personally believes in Jesus Christ (10:5-13)
2 life-giving Gospel realities:
1) Salvation is universal in availability (v. 12-13)
2) Salvation is personal in responsibility (v. 13)
3) Because all people everywhere need to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ (10:13-21)
2 urgent Gospel truths:
1) Every human is personally responsible for how they respond to the Gospel
2) Every believer is personally responsible for proclaiming the Gospel
